While performing 9 to 5 job people get frustrated by same routines they are not able to move freely due to in and out checks and monitoring.
People get more frustrated when they become senior and consume 5 to 10 years for same profession on a company environment. They cannot develop and earn desire money these are the factors make us annoyed and frustrated.
While sleeping on beds and on holidays we start planning and dreams about our own businesses and if we discuss with other and work out for it we found MML business ( the chain of sales ) MML business is very attractive but very complex in nature the involvement of people make it ugly.
Secondly we decide to go with our skills.
Computer related professionals try to find free lance works on E platforms similarly the chefs and skill full professional can easily find a way for their own.
At the end it is a very right decision to utilize your skills for you for better earning rather then make companies worthy.
