It is very natural for human beings that they are start wishing for something they get inspired by someone make them heroes, also they start liking some one. The passage of life under certain age makes men mature and he starts setting his goals. It may be very ambitious may be he can calculate them. It is very natural to all of us at certain time frame.
But if we follow the guideline of experience people it might be very effective for us for setting these wishes, Goals under certain criteria. S.M.A.R.T. define as Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time bound.
