People get more frustrated when they become senior and consume 5 to 10 years for same profession on a company environment. They cannot develop and earn desire money these are the factors make us annoyed and frustrated.

GOALS

It is very natural for human beings that they are start wishing for something they get inspired by someone make them heroes, also they start liking some one. The passage of life under certain age makes men mature and he starts setting his goals. It may be very ambitious may be he can calculate them. It is very natural to all of us at certain time frame.

But if we follow the guideline of experience people it might be very effective for us for setting these wishes, Goals under certain criteria. S.M.A.R.T. define as Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time bound.

If we apply S.M.A.R.T then definitely we will be very near for our goals and have very high probability for true wishes

Julian Paul Assange the founder of wikileaks their organization is publishing the secret, Confidential data and setting the kiosk of uncertainty and panic to all over the world starts from 2006 and finally successfully a one recourse who have every effects can disturb the heat through their publications.
As becoming a very controversial website public starts believing on hem and their good work will appreciated and well known.
The other part of the picture is that after getting all the hard work they are in a position to disguise and can play a game what they want and some recourses will use them for their desires.

We are always looking to watch movies sports races and games for entertainment and relaxation it keeps us interesting and on toes while we got an result and how many time we consume to watch matches and games on television and on stadiums.

Our primarily interest is results and action all sport industry are well place and  money envelopment make players professionals Sports industry generating billion of dollars and players are earning excellent figures it makes them luxurious, greedy and the charm of earning more makes them faulty.

Race fixing, match fixing, sport fixing occurs when match is played for partially or completely predefined  results and while fixing such event all involved protocols and channels enjoy financially gains more then the players or actors.

Money involvement makes sports men artist / actors and while fixing an event people may enjoys their act and entertain all of us are well aware what is racling menia,Horse racing and most recent poor Pakistani spot fixer i have all of sympathy with them cause they are Muslims and that is the only reason why are on prison or may be very bad luck for young actors of the cricket game.
It is not shocking media is not playing their part partial punishment is not enough but clearly there is an danger while cleaning it up industry will lose money involvement and the charm will left.

TERRORISM

Terrorism is a most common discussion for global media United states is an upfront country taken an owner ship for cleaning up or fighting up with their own.

Other part of the world is not encouraging and excepting their philosophies their media and their networks they are different in cultures they got different religions and environments they have their own philosophies and life styles at the same end we are receiving the feedbacks that united states with companions are disturbing and influencing our regions and presenting them as an evil.

The wars against Iraq Afghanistan are not positive in terms of results all economy of world are disturbed.

The beautiful idea was fail for the global world and world are divided and claiming here and there and frustrating results appeared as Libya, Egypt, Pakistan and all Arab world with United states and the real terrorist is successfully able to increase their own terror and benefits.
